The phone numbers and communication logs are used exclusively for routing emergency and on-call alerts to the correct personnel. We do not use this data for any marketing or advertising purposes.

3. No Third-Party Data Sharing

EvotecHLS does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. All SMS and RCS opt-in data and consent are strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties.

4. Data Security

We implement strict access controls, encryption, and secure routing protocols to ensure your phone number and alerting history cannot be accessed by unauthorized individuals. All infrastructure is hosted securely with isolated tenant environments.

5. Your Rights & Opt-Out

You have the right to request deletion of your phone number from our alerting system by contacting your system administrator. Additionally, you may instantly opt-out of all communications by replying STOP to any message.
